Refund Policy

would like to inform you of the refund policy as an agreement and understanding regarding the use of the service as follows:
Product Returns
The Company's return policy does not cover business manuals and sales support tools. Therefore, business manuals and sales support tools are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or returns.
General Policy
The company will refund or exchange products according to the following conditions:
Members must submit an exchange or refund request within 30 business days from the date of receipt of the product, which, according to the Return Quality Standards, must meet one or more of the conditions specified above. In addition, members must return the product to the Company within 30 days from the date of purchase, and the Company will inspect all returned products before approving a refund or exchange.
If the member does not notify the company in writing about the above-mentioned product problems within 30 business days from the date of receipt of the product and returns the purchased product within 30 days, the company shall consider the member's right to file a complaint void.
If a member requests a product exchange under one or more of the above conditions, the Company will provide a replacement of non-defective/damaged products in place of the returned products whenever possible. However, when the exchange cannot be made, the Company reserves the right to deduct the sales amount and issue a credit note in the amount of the exchanged product and refund the sales amount.
First time order
If a member has purchased the company's products for the first time, such products can be returned within 7 business days from the date of purchase, but the company has the right to deduct shipping costs, bonuses, and taxes, and the company assumes that the member wishes to cancel business with the company. The member will receive a replacement product or a full refund. The company will inspect all returned products before approving a refund or exchange.
General Returns
The Company will charge a service fee of 20% of the purchase price and will refund 80% of the purchase price (but the Company has the right to deduct shipping costs, bonuses, and taxes ( VAT) or other related fees from 80% of the wholesale price) if the returned product is unopened, unaltered, and can be resold. Members must return the product to the Company within 30 days from the date of purchase. This 30- day period applies to all returns of the Company's products, except for business manuals and business support tools.
Members who do not submit the documents listed below to the Company within the specified time will not receive a refund or exchange of products.
Order cancellation
Customers cannot cancel orders once payment has been made.
